        We absolutely loved our stay at Matapouri glamping. The views are spectacular, the tent is immaculate and cleverly designed to take in the beautiful vista out to the Poor Knight islands. Every detail has been thought of and we slept soundly in the very comfortable bed. There is a lot to do in the area, from bush walks to lounging on golden sandy beaches with turquoise water. We cant wait to return!

        Matapouri glamping is set in a beautiful serene setting. The attention to detail of the living area, kitchen/bathroom is 5 star. A truly restorative 2 night break, with amazing sunrises, birdlife and a wealth of amazing things to do in the local area. Hosts went above and beyond to rearrange our bookings due to covid and cyclones. Everyone should go. You won't be disappointed. Amazing.

        Highly recommend this stunning beautiful property. Tranquil peaceful with spectacular views and amazing bird life .Even a bath looking out over bush farmland and sea, stunning Sandra and Guy have done a wonderful job of creating a unique glamping experience with everything you can think of to make your stay superb.
