Quality Hotel Oceans Tutukaka

Paid $238.50 for one night which was reasonable considering it was a same day booking for my one year old, partner and myself. Nice location for a breakaway, however fridge had mould inside, the toilet was dirty, and there was hair in the bath.. so am very unhappy to be honest. Told the lady at reception and all she said was that she would let housekeeping know. Pretty disappointed to say the least.

We couldn't get to our destination due to a tree cutting off the road. We had no option but to head back to Tutukaka. It was approx 11pm. Soaked, I called the after hours number, and was sorted out with a room in 15 minutes. Was fabulous service with a beautiful clean room looking over the marina. Thank you so much fie looking after us.
