        Three landlubbers from Kaikohe, Teiringa, and Taheke, went fishing one day with Skipper Darren, who taught us some wonderful tips on fishing, with the net results that we enjoyed catching live bait, Snapper, Kahawai, and of course, the returns. Too small to even take a bite of. Thank you so much Darren from Te Porohau, Tuwharerangi and Geoffrey.

        Epic day out with Darren - got me onto my first kingfish Lots of knowledge and went out of his way to make sure everyone on the boat was looked after - rigged up, sorted baits, fixed any tangles etc Highly recommend - will be back!!
