        100% Not Happy with this place. My mother whom is on the Pension made a booking for May 2023 and paid for it via credit card last year in October. She Called and spoke to Mike to (Who took the payment) confirm that the booking was all good. Mike then told my mother that they have got a contract with seasonal workers and that the accommodation was now unavailable and would she like a refund? That was 3 months ago. Still NO REFUND. I find it disgusting that a company would not honour a $697.00 refund to a pensioner who now can not go on holiday due to their funds being held by the company that took them.

        Our third visit to Casa Bella & again, I absolutely loved it. Mikey provided us, with "excellent customer services" on our stay at Casa Bella. Mikey was extremely Professional, friendly, humble, helpful, efficient & went the extra mile, to assist us with everything overall. Mikey surely deserves a "pay rise" & is an asset to "Casa Bella".
