TRG Imaging Whangarei

On the 31st Jan I went into TRG for a MRI I am seriously clostrophic....I had the most amazing team whom explained every aspect of the procedure with empathy, kindness and respect. I was offered a oral sedation which I happily took. I am never ever again going to afraid to have an MRI. My praise for TRG will be never-ending

My appointment was today at 1 pm and it was really great. The receptionist was lovely and I didn't feel as uncomfortable as i thought going on my own would be and i didn't wait long at all either. My appointment was bang on the appointment time. The person who saw me was really kind and thoughtful and made sure i was as comfortable as possible. This is my first ever type of appointment and im so glad i got to do it here, really set a standard for future appointments i have like this elsewhere. 10 out of 10 would do it again!!

The worst service ever received, reception lady was rude, immature and unprofessional to say the least. I phoned to make a formal complaint to the manager (Earl)and the response was "We'll see what we can do about it" he was defensive and apologized on behalf of the company? It's not the company it's the person who's supposed to be the face of the company. Reception lady from today - Treat people better and equally I'd hate for someone to experience the feeling I went through today especially having my daughter there watching.
