Absolutely useless need more staff 40 minutes waiting on the pH just for them to tell me they will call me back when they can I am going to shut down all accounts and go elsewhere because this is just rediculus highly unrecommended go elsewhere people and get decent service cheers

Some of the rudest staff I have ever come across. Similar to the review below I visited the store to send my Passport back to the UK for cancellation. The staff told me it would cost $85!!!! I showed them my letter from HM Passport office which clearly stated that the passport could be returned via standard mail but they still told me I was wrong. After refusing the $85 option they finally agreed to send it standard post but 'on my head be it'. At what point is it acceptable to insinuate documents will be lost? is your line of work not to send documents successfully? The woman serving me was smirking the entire time and being EXTREMELY patronizing. She basically told me my passport will never get to England. SO UN-PROFESSIONAL! RUDE!

I have been going to this office regularly for nearly twenty years. Have never accounted anything but friendly, efficient, polite and helpful staff. I am surprised to see 'rude' being used to describe the service some other customers have had. Perhaps, someone was caught on a bad day. I am VERY disappointed to see the Postshop removed fro the premises. This is an executive's mistake, I fear, that will lead to the erosion of both the Postshop's and Kiwibank's business. I hope the decision is reversed sooner rather than later.

80 dollars to send a couple forms and an old invalid passport overseas what a scam. Also, customer service is horrible and unfriendly, probably best to avoid
