        Shambolic Mortgage Service. Renewed our Mortgage with Westpac for the second and last time. They managed to mess up the paperwork and failed to explain an outstanding (interest free) loan would need to be paid off before the new mortgage could start. They wanted us to move it onto the new mortgage and pay interest on it?! In the end they agreed to reinstate the 0% loan but the entire process was so complicated with signing new documents that took over a month to sort out. A complete mess. Never again.

        Called at midday Friday and was immediately informed that the queue was estimated to be TWO AND A HALF HOURS. Hire more staff, dear lord.
