I would like to sincerely thank Moira (unsure of last name) for the loving care she gave my Dad, Ed. Moira was always polite, respectful and reliable and no one else would do, if someone different would come, he wouldn't have a bar of it, he wanted Moira. I always felt reassured that my Dad was in good hands, so thank you so much Moira, you are an amazing human being. I hope HSN appreciate you as much as we do. Regards Lyn

i recently visited a 92 year old friend of mine , at this age routine is important & care givers should be respectful , i am shocked at how rapidly my friend has gone down hill in 6 months & is constantly stressed with the treatment she receives & the amount of different caregivers turn up (sometimes even on time) . the service she deserves & the service she gets is worlds apart , it's disgusting , complain & it gets even worse where to from here
