City Motors - Whangarei Mechanics

Ive been a loyal customer for years and in the past even recommended this business to other people I know. It took two weeks of calling and leaving messages to get a hold of the owner (he never did return the calls) eventually made an appointment for another week & a half away, showed up on the day to be told he was too busy to see me and to try elsewhere. Having driven 30 mins into town especially for the appointment I was not very happy as he could/should have called me earlier to cancel the appointment. I said (tongue in cheek) If the car blows up its your fault as He was aware the engine was overheating and to get it into town and back home again was such a risk to the vehicle. After I left I received a text from him Take your car elsewhere as i am unable to look at it and don't need you attitude and I'm over it. Find another mechanic. Thanks, have a good day

We come here regularly for all our warrants of fitnesses for our vehicles. Drop off and leave vehicle, and pick up once done. Great customer service.
