Water Street Motors 2015 Limited

We broke down when returning from holiday in northland. The team here were great - booked us straight in despite being clearly busy and had the parts on the way before we left the workshop. They got us back on the road without any fuss and for a very reasonable price. This could have put a real damper on out holiday but they saved the day.

Le Roux is fantastic!!! I came in for a diagnostic for a car my daughter was looking at buying and Le Roux's fatherly instincts kicked in and went above and beyond giving us advice on what was wrong with the car etc. When I asked how much it would cost to get it up to WOF standard he took time out hunting down price parts even though the parts place was out for lunch. Eventually after an hour he got an estimate and gave valuable information and insight into what was happening inside the car. Though I paid for the diagnostic I pretty much got an inspection as well. 2 hours later he saw us parked down the road eating pizza and came over to see if we were happy with the decision we made buying the car. They were fully booked out that day and I was already grateful they had squeezed us in and rather than churn us out on our way they let us hang around asking questions as we contemplated whether to buy the car or not. If I lived in Whangarei I would have Water Street Motors as my mechanic and it was good to go into reception and see all the prices for their services transparently displayed for all to see.
