I highly recommend M3 Clinic for physiotherapy. The staff are very knowledgeable, caring supportive, respectful and friendly. They understand what needs to be done. To get us back to work.

I visited the clinic after having an MRI scan on my right knee as I wanted to get a second opinion on the injury. Having played sports for most of my life and picking up injuries along the way resulting in physio consultations the team at M3 clinic were one of the best I have seen. Very professional, clear explanations given along with a series of exercises in addition to arranging a consultation with an orthopaedic surgeon. Top notch service and would thoroughly recommend M3!

Brent and the team are awesome always happy to fit me in when needed and the shop looks grea,t so clean and very professional looking. The online booking is very helpful also.

This practice is more about the bells and whistles and less about hands on care and practicalities of recovering from an injury. Firstly, the receptionist was possibly in the wrong role? She displayed a stunning lack of communication skills, including a lack of courtesy in the use of please or thank you, making customers wait whilst she finished conversations about dinner, no eye contact, and an abrupt manner that left you feeling you needed to ask if you had done something wrong by simply turning up for your appointment! That said, the advice given in the gym by the physio was effective and clear, but just lacking the extra care needed to take an injury from chronic to functioning well enough again for the clients needs. Despite the wonderful computer imagery to illustrate injuries, we felt that there was something missing in how the patients were treated. The connection between injury, rehabilitation, and recovery to enable the patients to do what they wanted again, (adjusted or otherwise), just wasnt there for us. We were recommended this clinic by NOC - but I wouldnt go back.
