Kia ora! Paul was the seller's agent for a property we were looking at in Whangarei. As it was our first time buying a property up north, Paul gave us lots of information about the section, the S&P process and he never failed to reply to any email or phone query in a fast and polite manner, no matter how common or repetitive the question was or how uninformed the asker might be. I got a real education about how things are done here. :) Regardless of how the offer goes, i would recommend Paul to anyone looking for an agent because of his professionalism, courteous disposition and ability to balance fair treatment of buyers against fiduciary duty to sellers.
