        Returned car this morning at 7.30am, Sunday and there was an elder man in his 60s asking my rented car was from Avis, I said yes and he responded Ive parked my car at the right spot. He followed by saying I should just leave the key in the car. I asked for an ID but he said he is the drop off guy and up to me to believe. I wouldnt have believe this anyway on earth except for NZ but I dropped it off at the counter anyway. Avis management please note.

        Their customer service over the phone was a bit lacking. I'd recommend a clearer / more informed speaker, in the future. Alsooo, turns out they share a phone service with Budget Car Rentals, too. Clean + tidy premises, however, so points to you guys for that!
