        Budget has somehow managed to overcharge us by approx $4500 for a $200 rental and despite chasing them via numerous phone calls and emails we still have not had this complaint acknowledged or the money returned. Our card is overdrawn by thousands and weve had to borrow $ for rent and groceries. Disappointed with this customer service - especially for such a grossly extortionate overcharge.

        We are owed over $750 by Budget Rental Cars - long story but they accept that they owe us this money, yet we still haven't received the refund in over 2 months. On the bright side - there are heaps of really good rental companies at Dunedin Airport like Ace Rental Cars, and Thrifty Car rentals. Go with them!
