        Absolutely appalled at the customer service I received today. I went to pick up a part on behalf and there had been a miscommunication on the price so I was given two options from the service desk, as they said they would be able to on-sell the wired version of the part. Once I spoke to the person I was collecting for I went back to pick up the next day. I told them that they wanted the unwired version and an older woman with a bob started yelling at me and was getting louder and louder. I ended up paying for the wired part as I was in complete shock at her behaviour. This review is in no way about the cost, just the terrible customer service I received that I wouldnt want anyone else to endure. Service: General repairs & maintenance
