Dollar Queenstown Airport

EXTREMELY unsupportive & RUDE staff. I didnt even get the car from this rental agency, I was a customer at Ace/ Hertz which is right beside Dollar at QT airport, and Christina from Dollar passed on really bad comments on me without even knowing what situation we were in while i was already in the middle of a conversation with the staff at Hertz. First time as a tourist I saw somebody being so harsh, rude and negligent. Pathetic service & attitude.

I had very same experience than most others here. THIS COMPANY IS SCAM!!!! When you pickup they rush you and if you didnt take a video of every minor blemish, they would arbitrarily charge you whatever they want at the time of return. My rental car had 100K kilometers and they told me that there were 2 small cracks and I should have taken a video to confirm otherwise. Highly stupid and ridiculous. Especially, if youre from US, this is the worst rental experience. They should go out of business. Im disputing with my AMEX Platinum.
