        Mark T helped me out so much when my phone was completely blacked out, other places were offering me $90 to do a treatment in the phone to figure out what was going on, but Mark pretty much knew what happened to my phone and solved it on the dot. He helped out my mom, Karishma, who helped bring my phone over to Deep Focus

        Deep focus went above and beyond and fixed an iPhone problem while we waited because we were going back to Australia the next day. Very very helpful and we were very grateful.

        The worst customer service experience and really bad knowledge about apple products and IT. If you dont want to spend your money inefficiently visit any other repair shop in the area. These guys dont mind charging you for nothing - literally. They could have a successful professional liers business because thats what they are good at.
