Lake View Queenstown

Please read reviews about this property on other sites before looking into this home for your holiday. People having issues with neighbour's I can say there is still issues with the neighbour's very rude and don't like people staying there. The house promised a lot of things but when we arrived there was a musty smell like the house hadn't been cleaned then to find our that indeed the house hadn't. There was hair all over the couch. The dishwasher door is broken and wasn't cleaned had bread crumbs at the bottom. There was not enough toilet paper for each bathroom. Leak in the roof in kitchen when rained. Room heaters not working. Toilet door lock was broken. Spa was not cleaned and the communication with point view wasn't great even when told the place was not cleaned they didnt send cleaners to clean up. The view is the only great thing about it. Drive way is shared with 6 other properties and its steep so is the street the house is on so not ideal if your not fit to walk to shops. The end of the driveway you can scrape your vehicle as its a low dip so be aware. I would not recommend you spend your money here better off going for a place that is cleaner and has better maintenence done to the property.
