Tahuna House

My family and I had an amazing stay at Tahuna House. We spent 4 nights in April 2018. We rented the entire house which can be broken up into just the upstairs or the downstairs or both. My niece, her husband and 6-month baby stayed in the main floor. It has a master BR with en-suite bathroom, wood burning fireplace in the living room/family room, a dining area off the fully-equipped kitchen and an outdoor balcony. My husband, sister and my nephew's mom stayed downstairs. It has three good sized bedrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, living room and two bathrooms. Two bedrooms share a bathroom, both rooms have lakeview. The third bedroom is right off the kitchen and has ensuite bathroom. I believe there are two separate laundry on both floors. I can only remember the one downstairs because that's what I used. The house is tastefully done. Everything is of very good quality & taste. It is actually much nicer in person than in photos. It has steps that lead to the lake but I never got the chance to check it. Great location, not far from downtown. Fantastic views of the lake & mountain throughout the house. We enjoyed nearby towns: Arrowtown & Wanaka as well as Milford Sound. Penny was very easy to deal with. She even called us to check if everything was fine. I accidentally left a sterling silver necklace in the bedroom which my husband and I occupied. I asked Penny to mail to my nephew in Wellington if her cleaner finds it which she did. I highly recommend this place.

Tahuna House is one of the most amazing places to stay in Queenstown, Penny provides first class service and you will not be disappointed. The location and views are divine and I reccommend Tahuna House all year around. *************** 5 Stars ****************** When planning a trip to Queenstown, wether a weekend away or a longer stay check out Tahuna House I recommend this place highly. :)
