I ended up to love all about New Zealand through this Hotel. This hotel gave us the best experiences. Every staffs are so kind and give us useful information for trip. Even the laundry machines were not allowed to insert coin, but the staffs helpd to use them well. We wanted to look up the sky to find many stars. A nice staff brought us to looftop and explain about stars. We will never forget good memories in this hotel. Everything is good. This hotel makes New zealand great. I appreciate it

Rooms: The room was excellent couldnt ask for anything better. Walkability: It was so easy to work in to town great location. Food & drinks: The vending machine was good but would have liked to have breakfast included in the stay.

Rooms: Very high tech rooms, liked we could control the temperature / lighting and unlock the door from our phone. Only downfall to our experience of the room was that it was not very sound proof. We had a room right next to the common area on level 2, and we could hear everything happening in the common room from conversations to slight movements of furnitures. We were also disturbed late at night by the cleaners and the turning on of what we think was the hot water system outside our window. Safety: Felt quite safe to walk around the streets, even at night. Walkability: Within walking distance to many Queenstown spots, really convenient to just walk to eat. Note, there isn't any free parking if you have a car during the day, but free parking is available from 6pm to 8am.
