        Purchases a black opal ring from here for our 10th wedding anniversary in March 2022. The stone fell out BUT contacted Kay and she organised for it to be fixed and posted back. Communication throughout was amazing. This is not a reflect on their beautiful pieces because they are all stunning. The customer service from the moment we walked into the store, purchase and after is 100%. Will always visit/purchase special pieces from them.
