Fantastic customer service and a lovely experience the other day. The two ladies who helped me were both very helpful and friendly, they both had fabulous black sandals which I was sad to hear were out of stock! Will be back soon on the hunt for those sandals! They did help me buy some stunning heels for a special occasion. Thanks ladies!

Nice shoes. But it was just like the trend noted here that they do push hard to sell their accessory items.

The guy was rude for no reason and acted very entitled, almost didnt end up buying boots from here although the boots were very nice. The man made the experience unpleasant, bad customer service.

Had an encounter today with a very rude shoe salesman. He persisted on doing what I would call the 'hard sell' on cleaning and protective products. When I told him we didn't need extra products, he went on to say that he was doing his job and he certainly wasn't prepared to stop mid way through his sales pitch. I walked out and left my husband to deal with him. My husband purchased the shoes ONLY. This guy shouldn't be on your shop floor - very arrogant.

Love the merchant shoes and will keep buying them but unfortunately have to give this Queenstown shop 1 star rating. You have to hope that there will be no problem with your shoes. I was waiting over two months for a reply if my shoes can be repaired with me having to go to the shop personally and ask them for an update a few times. I would rather buy a new pair than waiting so long and waisting my time. Also the staff told the on-line customer service representative that I was in touch with that theyve contacted me but never heard back from me. I have never received any phone call or email from them and my info is up to date in the system. Just shocking. The customer service representative said that they will pass this to the regional manager but never heard back from them either. Really disappointing experience.
