Shoes Unlimited

Tried to buy my partner a Christmas present on Christmas Eve. Was advised the wrong size and when I tried to return was told no refund and there were no other sizes available. Spoke to the owner on the phone who was extremely rude and nasty and would not do the right thing and refund shoes. Was told to put them on Trademe to get my money back. Walked out the store leaving the shoes and $200 out of pocket. Awful business completely ripped me off. Would avoid.

Love love love this store. Beautiful selection of fabulous shoes, boot, sandals and altho they have a few bags , it's was boots I was after and boots i purchased Caring customer service

Been in here a couple of times recently. Both times planning to purchase shoes. Unfortunately both times I've not been spoken to or acknowledged despite the staff not being busy. Have left & purchased shoes elsewhere.

I was very disappointed by this store. Despite the name of the store the shoes are in fact VERY limited and not even close to being unlimited. This is what I consider false advertising and in fact a breach of my human rights. Very disappointed for a store that's name set my standards so high.
