        Really disappointed with the room. Very tired and needs updating. There is a bizarre door to the kitchen which bangs into the door of the bathroom. There were no extra blankets - it was cold in Queenstown on our visit. One of the pillows was mouldy - I couldn't bring myself to look at the others. I had to ask for milk - which was not available straight away either. Awful - do not stay here. Even the beautiful view of the lake and the easy walk to the shops and restaurants did not ease the fact that this was really an underwhelming Motel.
