Good location near the intercity bus stop and bus to arrowtown. Near to town as well. Rooms are clean and surrounding is quiet. If you stay in the lake view room, you'll have to climb a flight of stairs. But it's easy enough with luggage. But they don't clean the room during your stay, so you'll have to clear your own rubbish. New rubbish bags are beneath the trash bag. Just bag it. Heater doesn't seem to be working very well, though the blanket is warm enough. Slept in 0c weather without proper heater :( kitchen is sufficient with a fridge and microwave. And there's a table to have meals.
