I wish to thank Sandy from I-Site Visitors Information Centre Queenstown NZ for her knowledgeable advice, excellent communication, care in meeting our special needs and requests, attention to every detail, and preparation of a tremendous itinerary for our 2 weeks stay in Queenstown. Everything went so smoothly. Our accomodation was central and met our preferences, all transport and connections, even to distant places as Stewart Island with a cruise of Doubtful Sound and an overnight in Invercargill on the way, went without a hitch. Our New Zealand experience could not have been better. Thank you Sandy. Sue and Jill

We went there to get tickets for the gondola as we heard there is always a long line at the gondola. But we still had to wait very long due to the fact that the tickets needed to be printed. Disappointing.
