Was here for booking of the helicopter rides, jet boating & skyline luge activities for vacation. Amy who was helming the counter helped us through the entire process even after the official opening hours so we could get everything settled! Really kind and helpful with our various queries and bookings. Kudos and much thanks!

The staff I worked with Saturday morning were incredible. I spent hours here trying to plan out my week in Queenstown without a car, and they were so friendly, caring and helpful. I worked with Amy from France and she was an absolute angel trying to get me on tours. I have an amazing week of tours planned and couldn't be more grateful for the support and guidance!!

Dont book here, look elsewhere. Less talking about your life stories and more concentrating on the job at hand. Booked multiple tours with Amanda this week. Wrong times and dates printed on tickets. Had to return to get tickets reprinted. Pick up instructions were unclear- probably due to terrible communication and inaccurate info on tickets. Waited over 45min for transport to two activities and missed transport to another causing us to call a cab to an activity.
