Do not go with them, if you decide not to go ahead, they will drag their feet in refund. You may have to report to fair trading to get the money back. It took me more that a year to get the refund, after reporting to the authority. Not worth a go!

We recently stayed at an apartment booked through Stay Here. The apartment was beautiful with a great view. However, we were a bit disappointed that the fire place was not working given it was one of the main reasons we chose an apartment. Vicky was the contact person during our stay. We didnt meet her in person. However, we contacted her a few times, the response was prompt. We didn't have any issue. However, overall our experience with Stay Here was not the best. There were 2 main issues: 1) After we booked and paid for the deposit. The property we paid for was still available for the period we booked for. We didnt receive a confirmation for a number of days. I contacted them via email no response, and then phoned them from overseas and requested the confirmation. But no one followed it through. Eventually we did receive a confirmation, but there was a few days later. We were a little bit concern it was scam. 2) We paid a bond which was to be refunded within 7 days after checking out. On day 9, we didnt receive the bond back. I contacted them via email, then the bond was refunded to my credit card, but there was no email response with apologies. Suggest customer services need some improvement.
