Awesome place to stay at good for a small family or small group of friends. Amazing views. House was well equiped. Ray and Ivan were great to deal with, clear instructions and quick to respond.

6-7 mins drive from the centre of Queenstown. Amenities provided as mentioned. Quiet and peaceful area despite being located by the side of a main road. Loved the stunning view of the mountains from the living room and balcony.

it's a nice clean water front house with heaps of spaces and has everything we need for a holiday home. Family holiday in Queenstown should consider this one.

To the Owners, Ray & Ivan! Were do we even start, From before we had even arrived to your Airbnb the conversations leading upto our Trip I felt were always so clear and communication was set and understood from the beginning between us both, From the moment we all step into your Airbnb to the last day and returning the key back, we could not THANK YOU both enough! Each room was individually made perfect for our stay from the extra towels to the well set up Kitchen with all the utensils,etc we would need during our stay, all of us the group of 4 Friends who needed a long overdue getaway, felt at Home and at peace with how your Airbnb made us feel for all 3nights we booked with you we all wished it was longer, We have all stayed in many Airbnbs before but your one Ray and Ivan was one we will never forget so Thank you, Thank you once again for making your home ours for the duration of our Trip. The Love, Time and effort that went into preparing your lovely Airbnb for us was above and beyond our expectations and we have already upon return home here in (Auckland) spread the word to Families and Friends if anyone is looking for a place to stay in Queenstown look no further but here with the Amazing and Lovely Ray and Ivan who will not only make your stay one to remember but their response time also will be in a timely manner. Lastly, Ray and Ivan, You should be so proud of how Beautiful and Cosy your Airbnb makes people feel, it may not seem like much but we can definitely see and feel the Love that was poured into your home and we look forward to booking with you soon.
