        I have never done Yoga before but have always been drawn to it. I think after the 90 minute class on Wednesday night is fair to say I have found a true love and appreciation for Yoga. Everyone was so welcoming and the teacher was so very helpful and guided me through every stage really well. I take away more interest and desire to practice yoga everyday. Thank you for the opportunity to attend.
