        I didn't understand how good hot yoga was until I tried it at Sangha. Incredibly energising and therapeutic. Plus a lovely friendly vibe. I've done a lot of yoga over the last 5-6 years and these are some of the very best classes and instructors I've experienced.

        I love the classes that Shanga Studio has on offer and most of all I love the teachers. They are incredibly knowledgeable, approachable and nurturing. The hot yoga room is a treat on a cold winters morning

        Sangha is a very spacious yoga studio with a good range of teachers and classes. The hot yoga is great, especially in the winter months, allowing you to really stretch and sweat. The location is not ideal but there is car parking and there are no traffic jams at that end of town. Arrive early as the doors are locked when the class starts. Highly recommended.
