Do yourself a favor and steer clear of these people. Dealing with them was one of my worst nightmares. Never EVER again will i live in a house under click property management. They made everything so so much more painful than it had to be, at every chance they got. We left the house and have taken them to tenancy tribunal for attempting to take our bond for un-just reasons. Absolute worst renting experience EVER. Dont put yourself through it! -EDIT: Oh yes the rent in advance situation was quite confusing for us indeed, I am glad that was sorted out and I apologise from my end for not understanding it well. I did find it pretty rude of you to laugh at us as the phone was hung up on your end. Really shows the maturity levels down at the Click office... But unfortunately there is still much more to sort and we will do that in court. If you had of stayed on the phone mediation today for the full duration of the call then you would know that there is still much to talk about.

Excellent team of managers. Thoroughly reliable, caring, professional. They've been managing our rental in Dunedin for over a year, no problems at all. As we are out of town it's even more important to be able to rely on your managers, and we are happy to recommend Click to anyone considering changing from any manager who's not giving you 100%.
