I (based in Wellington) ordered a headboard from a company in Auckland who uses Southern furniture movers for all their deliveries. Order was collected and I was told it would arrive in approx 1 week. Its now been 5 weeks I have spoken with the furniture company multiple times asking for the whereabouts of my item, to be told its heading to Dunedin, then told we need to locate it at the Wellington depot, to then being promised it would be delivered at very latest Wednesday-Friday of week 4. Still not here. Then promised Monday and to my surprise - still not delivered. I have dealt with multiple different people over the phone, some who were fine and others with terrible customer service. Not impressed in the slightest and a very unhappy customer.

Hadn't been here before Sautday and only picked up an item the team were distributing for Harvey Norman BUT what a helpful, polite good guy helped us. Genuinely seemed happy to be at work, so pleasing to see. Great service, thank you

Awesome service picked up a bench top in Dunedin one afternoon and delivered in Ashburton before lunch the next day in perfect condition thanks for getting us out of a jam
