Great food as usual, but today the service was very poor. After eating our meals we waited for sometime, but no offer of a dessert menu or anything else was forthcoming. Your loss as we had dessert elsewhere. Thanks

We pre booked our table to eat at 5pm before seeing the Penguins at 6.30pm. We requested a certain table which we were informed we could have! Imagine how we felt when we arrived at 4.45pm to be shown another table which was right next to some plants with no view. When i challenged this I was told they were totally booked tonight? We were the only people in until a table of ten came in then around 5 other covers! What really annoyed me was that a couple walked in with no booking provision and was given a better table than ourselves! Whats the point in making a reservation? We left at 6.15pm and the restaurant was empty! Will I go back absolutely not, will I recommend absolutely not! Should have of gone where we originally booked !
