        Never called to notify me of delivery and left my package to get damaged by the rain. No apology, just lies from the driver about ringing me. Worst customer service ever.

        DO NOT USE THEM!!! Disgustingly dishonest company lacking honesty, integrity and ethics. This extends to to the staff and management they employ too. This company loses(or steals) valuable and historic trophies relating to NZ sport and then takes absolutely no ownership in their staff stealing/losing the goods telling the client "tough, you're on your own" Toll clearly cannot be trusted with anyones goods.
