Staff were excellent went above and beyond and took the time to explain everything as I have minimal car knowledge and I was extremely grateful for this and the incredible service from the team. Car was handed back over clean and amazing condition! The staff even provided transport for me which was above and beyond! I would highly recommend to everyone!!

They got me sorted, I've two of the best tires now. They check over my car to see everything was in good working order and did a wheel alignment. I got peace of mind and a little sticker to say they'd fix a puncture for the life of the tires. Easy, hassle free.

The overall experience was brilliant. Right from the start in getting a quote prepared by Shobhit Vashisht, to today, the service team installing the tyres, to the final handover again by Shobhit who at all times through this process was efficient, engaging and courteous. The overall experience was one where all facets of the client service experience exhibited high levels of professional competency by Shobhit and the local team. I booked in at Tony Tyres for a wheel alignment after a small mishap had put the alignment out. They charge $109. Compared to half dozen other places I tried,, whom charge between $79 - $90. But they were booked out. When i arrived at Tony tyres the guy came out, walked around my car and told me that before they could do wheel alignment, i needed 4 new tyres . I asked if he was going to do wheel alignment like i had requested and he said not good job need 4 new tyres. So i decided not to continue with Tony tyres, and I called in at another tyre place and asked them if they could check tyres. It turns out one tyre was starting to get down, but other 3 were perfectly fine. If I had been someone who couldn't speak up, and question tony tyres, then i would have been now approximately $900 out of pocket, had I believed what he was telling me. How many other people have they ripped off???. So, in light of everything, I will never go back to Tony Tyres. UPDATE. I have had a call from South Island Manager, who couldn't have been nicer. Appreciated the call. It has made me feel a bit better about Tony Tyres. Thank you
