TyreLand Dunedin (Southern Tyres)

I went in with what I thought was a screw which had punctured one of my car's tyres. Was told it was a full day, but upon hearing me call a cab, the gentleman at the reception said he's take a look to see if it could be quickly resolved. 5 minutes later, he emerged with a screw - which had only lodged itself firmly in groove, and not punctured tyre. I know others have commented on how wonderful the service is, and how kind the folks here are. It's true. I would have spent around 40 dollars on taxi fares to, and from Tyreland had I left the car behind - for what turned out to be a very simple job. I wasn't charged either. In a world where customer service seems to be optional, it's rare to find this level of service in any business. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Woke up to find a tyre on my vehilce flat. Proceeded to absolutely butcher the self repair kit. Called Tyreland and within 30 minutes I had two friendly mechanics at my house removing the tyre. It was replaced with a brand new hole free tyre. When it came to the bill, my first comment was "is that it?" It was less then my weekly grocery bill. Doubt you could find a cheaper service. Service so good that I'm not going to be bothered next time I wake to find my car broken.

The team were busy when I went in and 20 mons they had me sorted without any troubles. The guys were kind and talkative as they worked diligently through the many cars in the workshop.

We had a flat tire and just gave them a call and came over. Unfortunately they didn't had the fitting tire for us but they were super friendly and called other tire shops for us (because it was just 30 min before all the shops closed) and helped to find someone else who had the fitting tire. Awesome!

OMG. How great are these guys. After an awful incident at another tyre company, I popped in here to have my tyres checked. But then they went out of their way, to get me sorted before I traveled home today. They squeezed my car in and did a wheel alignment, topped my tyres up with air. Shifted the tyres around on my car. Painted my tyres with trye black. And their price?? $40 cheaper than the 1st place I went to, that tried telling me I needed 4 new tyres before they could do the wheel alignment. By the way, 3 of my tyres were perfectly fine, and other one will need replacing soon. So huge shout out and grateful thank you to the guys at Tyreland Tyres. You are the best. Highly recommend these guys.
