I did not like their approach to customers. Everything is a headache with them, even opening an account as a foreigner. I have been living in 5 different countries and any bank was not treating foreigners as ANZ. You have to wait more then 2 weeks for an appointment even in March, when I finally got my appointment, there were only 2 foreigners that day! They do no want peoples money, they want to put obstacles.

This branch personally went above and beyond helping me with a personal loan. I had originally applied online but didn't have anyone pick up the case and follow up with me. I had a rather important deadline I needed the money by, so went into the branch to speak with them regarding the issue. When I walked in, there wasn't anyone in line and I was immediately helped. Michelle O'Brien, one of the banking consultants, picked up my case there and was so sincere about taking personal interest in my situation, she even cut her lunch break short to help me! That's really unheard of in the customer service sector. She fast tracked the approval process got everything sorted in record time! She was incredibly kind and made me feel like I was a valued customer. I 100% recommend going to this branch and working with the lovely staff here. Huge thank-you. Well deserved :D Ignore the negative reviews, these guys rock.
