Copper Beech Wanaka - Luxury Accommodation

My husband and I stayed at Copper Beech for a night during Waitangi weekend. We received a warm and friendly welcome from Yvette and Ian who are the lovely owners. The room was sparkling clean and modern with a fully tiled ensuite which boasts a high pressure shower. We had a beautifully presented breakfast which was delicious, plus a selection of homegrown fruit and homemade jam with mouth watering croissants!! An absolute gem with world-class breakfasts. Our agents described this accommodation as luxury boutique and they were not wrong. The attention to detail and the quality of the rooms were outstanding. Ian and Yvette were extremely welcoming and the wine and nibbles with them, in the evening, were a bonus. The accommodation provides a great base for exploring the exceptionally picturesque and dramatic areas surrounding Wanaka and is within travelling distance of Queenstown. Wanaka town is within walking distance (but don't forget to pick up a torch for the walk back). We utterly loved it. A HUGE thank you. We will be back once all this craziness is over.
