These guys are THE best!!! I've been working through an ongoing concussion and an ankle with messed up tendon/ligaments/muscles/nerves with them for a year. Sarah has been such a champion for my health in every possible way, including getting me in with the top surgeon in the country next week. She is massively knowledgable, kind, encouraging, practically supportive and someone who genuinely wants to get you through your return to 100% with everything she's got. Both her and Lucy have magic hands, but because of the professionalism in this practice, I'd happily see any of them! Shea also went out of her way, after hours to take the time, unpaid, to share all her personal knowledge and advice of the same injury we shared, just another example of how kind, and above and beyond this crew is! Basically ... look no further, just call them. PS, the needling done here has also been a lifesaver, it is not acupuncture, just pure targeted effective release, and could not recommend it more!

I can rate Alley as tops & a true professional. After a few minutes on the bed she found the cause of my excurating pain that I had been having for the last 16 days that hospital doctors could not find. I was very pleased with her service and cost charged. Very highly recommended.

Sarah has been absolutely fantastic, I was having recurrent knee issues and pain following an ACL reconstruction, she explained the reasoning behind why I was having the ongoing issues, and gave me the knowledge/guidance to correct this. I appreciate that her advice is always evidence based and know I can trust her skills/input.

I had a full shoulder dislocation snowboarding accident 2022. I selected Alpine Physiotherapy because of their compact size and quality of their therapists. I fully recovered after 3 months without need for surgery. The attention I received, injury specific program and constant concern for my well being was exceptional. Efficient and professional, highly recommended.

The team at Alpine Physiotherapy are the best in town. They support and motivate for full recovery of accidental injuries but what I love is they also encourage prevention techniques which is even better!
