WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE, SHAME. This message is dedicated to the manager on the night of 23 April 2023, Tanya. My partner and I asked very politely if they had a table for 2 (we didnt have a reservation and were told that if we waited at the bar they would seat us after a while).... So far so good, we ordered two wines and waited to be seated, after about 15 minutes we saw that people who came without reservation were being seated before us and very politely again, we asked the waitress who was putting drinks on the bar, how long it would take more or less to seat us ... the girl we asked replied that in the next two minutes and suddenly, behind some customers appears the manager and shouts at us in the most aggressive way that someone can shout in a restaurant ....: you are 2 and we are seating people who are 4 so you have to wait!! (very rude and out of nowhere). We were both in shock. We felt so uncomfortable that we paid for the wines and left without dinner. If you ever go to this restaurant, be careful with the aforementioned manager. If you have any comments or petitions you will only receive rudeness in exchange.
