        Great gym! Everyone is friendly and easygoing and trains hard. Super pricing. Plenty of times during the day when it's quiet. Gets busy with after work groups and boxing, but still a good vibe. I did the 30 min lunchtime HIIT and highly recommend it if you want to work your body without messing around. The kaupapa is exercise for mental health and life happiness, and the owner Pete is active in suicide awareness, so the approach towards fitness is from a good place and all are welcome.

        Great place and the owners are super easy to work with. Good vibe whenever I worked out and friendly people. Always easy to access and the 24/7 setup is perfect. Lots of space for my HIIT workouts and battle rope workouts. Good selection of dumbbells, free weights, kettlebells, medicine balls, and other equipment you'd expect. I'd recommend checking it out as the owner, Pete, will help you out.
