Gave me the correct exercises to get better in the short term but misdiagnosed what was more serious than just a sprain. This was a year ago but I am still recovering and looking at another year of recovery after my surgery and stories from others has prompted me to write this review now. It is more expensive than other physios that can do just as well and I dont see why, especially if you're ACC subsidised. But the spa-like atmosphere might be a factor so if youre willing to pay for this then go ahead. Seeing a doctor and getting an MRI should have been suggested much sooner, instead of getting my hopes up about getting better in 6 weeks, and I never did get a brace for me knee even after weeks of waiting and at least three phone calls. But regardless, I think most physios are reluctant to admit an injury is more severe than what they can handle as it was similar in other clinics until a few months had gone by without improvement. Something to keep in mind when you get injured! Thank you for the reply Anna I think its very useful for people to know more about the process and to go to a doctor sooner if they think their injury is more serious than a physio has the capability and power to help with.
