        We paid a deposit to Hunters Dunedin shop for 2 expensive Laz-y-boy chairs in August 2022; to be ready by mid-January 2023 (which I thought was a v long wait anyway, but they were the type we wanted). Heard nothing by the start of Feb, so my partner called to find out what was happening - Hunter didnt appear to know much (except they had a record of our purchase), and emailed Laz-y-boy. No reply the following day, so my partner is again chasing them up. Wouldnt recommend the slow service or the lack of communication.
