Focus Physio

I saw Josh for a disc injury for the better part of a year and I cannot recommend a better physio, he is professional, kind and tailors his treatment specifically to what is manageable for you as a client. I only stopped due to moving away otherwise I would have stayed with him as long as I could. A fantastic practice all round.

Best physio in Dunedin. Very wholesome, waiting room a lil cute with a range of chairs for your comfort in regards to injury I assume I.e tall or short, soft and firm, not to mention nespresso machine available while you wait. Josh & co are amazing at what they do. Was well looked after by Josh who looked after my back, experience and know how, always offering different techniques to do what's best for you! Josh also very wise he helped me with some home recipes when I wasn't feeling well and couldn't see him, not to mention anytime I was feeling a bit down or sore he'll bring you out of it and just make you leave feeling better

i've had cause to see both Josh and Alyssa for different injuries...they are professional, friendly and are excellent at what they do...thank you for all you do
