        Rooms: Tiny, but that was expected. No spare pillows and only one spare blanket. Dirtycupboards. Nearby activities: Museum, Forsyth Barr stadium, university Safety: The shower was raised about a foot off the floor (knee replacement) easy to fall Walkability: North Dunedin its walking distance to t sport and entertainment, a.also CBD shopping district Noteworthy details: Nil

        Please don't stay there. There was no other accommodation available with pets in Dunedin . So I grabbed it. Got there very late. The room smelt bad the curtains were to short to close over the windows and a oven sitting in the middle of the kitchen waiting to be fitted . I spoke to the manager in the morning and he could not see any problem with the room and offered a discount for the next time I stay there. I said... I would not ever come back
