Nidd Property Management looked after a rental for me in Dunedin, and I have been so impressed with every part of that service. Rachel and Nigel have been a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a property manger.

Rachael and Kathleen looked after my rental property for 2 years. They found me the perfect tenants, and everything was so easy. There were both always very accommodating, and were easy to get in touch with if I needed them. Communication was fantastic. It was a very easy relationship, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.

I would give an even higher rating if I could. I moved to Dunedin in 2020 and within a fortnight we secured a home with NIDD. Aimee was our property manager and we also communicated a lot with Rachael - both of them are phenomenal. They treated the space as our home, always respectful with inspections, quick to reply and taking action if there was ever an issue. In my opinion, a good property manager is just as important as a good rental, so if you have the option to rent a house from NIDD - do it. These guys take incredible care of their tenants!

Nidd Property Management and Rentals Dunedin are absolutely delightful! I was a tenant in a Dunedin Central property that was managed by Rachael Courtney and Nigel Stewart from Nidd for 3 years. Both Rachael and Nigel were warm, receptive, and clear communicators. They were swift to respond and remediate any issues that arose and consistently checked in on me and my apartment. I would highly recommend Rachael and Nigel to tenants and advise that they would enjoy a comfortable experience with them. If I owned a rental property, I would have Rachael and Nigel manage it for me.
