Propertyscouts Dunedin

I left Dunedin six years ago and opted to rent out my house, leaving it in the capable hands of Propertyscouts Dunedin. I had no complaints at all for the first few years, and the experience has been even more top-drawer since Donna Burns joined the team a few years ago. I've been expertly guided by the team in helping me with Healthy Homes requirements, as well as negotiating with the great tenants (which they found six years ago) when I had some kitchen renovations to do a couple of years ago. I'm about to sell my property, but in terms of stress-free property management that managed the needs of both the tenants and myself in a fair and equitable manner, I'd argue it's hard to go past Propertyscouts Dunedin.

Property scouts dunedin were very nice to deal with as a tennant. I felt respected and they took the time to explain to me how the process works and what I need to do. Im not that good with modern computer things and they helped me work through the application forms.

I am currently with property scouts for couple of years now and my point of contact shannon is fantastic always arives with plenty of notice prior and interacts with my kids an makes us feel verry comfortable and eney minor issues we have had have been dealt with quickly really recommend property scouts 10/10 from me

Rented a property managed by property scouts for 2 years and had many issues. The house was put up for sale during our tenancy and when the open home period was extended by over a month we were not notified of this at all. We also had issues with the roof leaking with property scouts failing to fix the issue for over a month. At the end of our lease scaffolding was put up by the home owners and we received minimal notice of this from property scouts and were unable to move some large pieces of furniture out at the end of the lease. We were also told we owed amounts varying from $1300 to $300 at the end of our lease and were sent our final rent statement with obvious mistakes which was only resolved weeks later after we pointed these out to property scouts Communication was terrible and very unprofessional at times and we never received an explanation or apology for any of the issues we dealt with at the end of our tenancy. Could go on but unprofessional and would not recommend.
