        It was my first time visiting a place like this and getting a facial and I absolutely loved it! All the staff are lovely and they have hands of angels! I felt comfortable and very informed. I was relieved to finally get on a skin care plan. And the membership is definitely worth it! I highly recommend!

        The most disappointing customer service I have experienced. I have been a loyal member for years and stopped my membership recently as I am moving and communications regarding this were very rude and they were requiring payment for complimentary gifts you receive when you sign up. Do not recommend.
