        Not sure why Google Maps indicate The Divide's carpark as being closed because it was certainly still there when I visited in November 2022. This was a nice if not somewhat tiring trial to go on bit the view at the top was amazing!

        Did it at a fairly leisurely pace in about 2 hours. Great views for the second half, especially up the top. Good track for most of it.

        Beautiful 3hr (return) hike. Easy to intermediate. Saw people doing it in trainers if that helps. Quite popular so not as isolated as you might like, but the views at the top were incredible and the nature walk was great. The side trail to lake Howden isnt worth it as its a noisy construction site at the moment down there. Its also 20 mins to get there, not 10 mins as the sign says.
